M2 Cleaning Solutions is a locally owned cleaning company based in Fredericton, NB. We provide deep, detail-driven cleaning for homeowners, families, and real estate professionals during moments when life feels busy, heavy, or in transition.
Our work began with short-term rentals and real estate properties, where consistency, attention to detail, and accountability matter. Over time, that experience shaped a structured cleaning process designed to support people during moves, home resets, and life changes that call for extra care.
Today, we focus on cleaning that removes obstacles and helps people move forward. We believe cleaning is rarely just about the home. It is often the first step toward relief, clarity, and a fresh start.
M2 Cleaning Solutions was founded by Jessica Morehouse and Rob MacDougall. Our story began in 2017 when Jessica started hosting her own home as a short-term rental to create more flexibility for our family. That experience showed us how much structure, consistency, and care matter when people trust you with their space.
As our short-term rental work grew, so did the need for high-standard cleaning. During COVID, we expanded to support both rental and real estate properties, building a checklist-driven process to keep results consistent during uncertain times.
When our team asked for more stable hours, and clients began reaching out for help beyond rentals, M2 Cleaning naturally expanded into residential and real estate services. At our peak, our team grew to more than 35 staff members.
Today, we intentionally operate as a smaller, relationship-driven team. This allows us to stay hands-on, protect quality, and care for each home the way we would our own.
